Conduct a thorough site survey to identify the nature of the work, security requirements, challenges, and potential
threats.
Choose employees based on the specific requirements provided by the client.
Provide job-specific, on-the-job, or site oriented training to ensure employees are adequately prepared.
Deliver detailed site instructions and provide follow-up guidance as needed.
Assign employees according to the specified number, location, and time as per the customer’s need.
Ensure continuous mobile patrolling with adequate backup guards.
Maintain an around-the-clock manned control room with alternative communication methods.
Develop and maintain reinforcement plans.
Deploy a Quick Response Team on standby.
Keep SOPs, plans, and policies up-to-date.
Implement a CCTV monitoring system.
Utilize GPS tracking for operational oversight.
Provide site situation reports at monthly, weekly, and daily intervals for the office and clients.
Enforce a code of conduct and operational guidelines.
Conduct emergency drills, including medical first aid and evacuation procedures
Adhere to established protocols for the use of force.
Implement a robust reporting system.
Enforce a strict dress code.
Evaluate feedback and implement corrective actions as necessary.
